Use your unique skills and life experiences to help us provide a sanctuary, a family-style home for the healing and maturation of these amazing girls.
There are four avenues that you can become involved in helping Hidden Treasures Foundation (HTF):
Consider helping us by donating needed items for our home. We have compiled a “Wish List” of items for our Escondido home including school supplies, therapy supplies, hygiene products, and some fun items too. For less than $5 you can help us in getting needed supplies for our home.
We are also raising money and looking for sponsors to help us purchase an agency van and car. Our agency van will be used to transport the youth to doctors, dentists and therapy appointments as well as visitation with family or prospective family placements, and involvement in extra-curricular and supportive activities. Please consider donating to this cause.
General donations and ongoing contributions can be made on our website: https://hiddentreasuresfoundation.org/donate/
2. HOST A FUNDRAISER
As a non-profit organization, we heavily rely on donations to sustain our organization and meet youth needs not covered by state fees.
Where you can host a fundraiser: Your home with friends and family, work, church, the community.
Examples of fundraisers: bake sale, host dinners, silent auctions, craft shows, Wall-O-Money.
If you are interested in hosting a fundraiser, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can further discuss fundraising ideas.
3. SPREAD THE WORD
The more awareness about human trafficking and the commercial sexual exploitation of children the more we can fight to prevent, rescue and provide restoration. If you are interested in helping by manning a booth at events to share HTF’s mission, please contact us at email@example.com
Examples: Events at church congregations, groups, and organizations, public events such as fairs, farmer’s markets, and community shows.
